Executive Chef Tim Chung is an experienced restaurant professional with over 30 years experience in fine dining cuisine.
Chef Roosevelt ( Rudy) Lee has has worked in the restaurant industry for a number of years including owning his own restaurant in Connecticut before moving to NC.
General Manager Anthony Misuraca is an experienced restaurant professional who has owned and operated his own restaurants in NY before moving to NC.
Manager Stephen Tucker knows his way around restaurants and has worked the dining room, bar and kitchen in Harrisburg and Concord prior to Mount Pleasant.
